A LHN start

The past few weeks or months even, have been taken up with exchanges or gifts so I decided that while I had a bit of time to spare before I start my next exchange, I'd start one of the Little House Needlework charts that I've been storing for a while. I haven't managed to do a lot as I only had the time to put a couple of hours into it but I'm really enjoying it so far.

I also had a nice surprise today when I found out that I'd won the giveaway on Carols blog, it's a chart called Rainforest Romance. Today has been a lovely day.....

    I have some Moira Blackburn samplers I am itching to start..have to finish yucky SAL first..and plant everything...seems everything has to go in RIGHT NOW lol

    and soz..had to delete previous post..dont know why I never to put my glasses on when I am on the computer lol

    Your cross stich is lovely Sue. I did lots of cross stich before I got into card making.

    Hi Sue,

    Back from Oz and back in the land of blogging... lovely design... I love LHN too and am going to do the Stitchers House for me soooon!
    Loved your gardening pics and Lily is 1 year old! I missed it all while I was away.. we too have done some gardening since getting home wednesday, and will be next week too as the weather forecast is dry and sunny.
    I am off tomorrow to join Clare at the stitchers get together she has organised in Nuneaton so I am really looking forward to it, it will be lovely to meet with some other stitchers.
